Steve has worked in senior management roles in the non-profit sector for over 20 years, focusing on fundraising, strategy, advocacy, government relations and policy for Australian Red Cross and the Australian Multicultural Foundation.

Steve has over ten years’ experience as a CEO: managing teams, working with Boards and overseeing growth for a range of small to medium sized businesses. For the past seven years, Steve was CEO of FrontStream Asia Pacific, a leading fundraising platform for major peer-to-peer events in Australia and New Zealand including World’s Greatest Shave, Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea and the Firefighter Sky Tower Stair Challenge.

Steve has a PhD in Anthropology from University of Melbourne and is currently a Board member of Kidney Health Australia.
